Q. How soon after I place my order can I expect it to ship?
A: On average, orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Some larger orders may take additional time. In such instances, you will be informed of the turnaround time when placing your order.
Q. If I place my order in person, over the phone or by email, how do I send my picture?
A. You may send your picture via email to jay@sportraitsllc.com or send it via US mail to 1106 Shackleton Rd, Apex, NC 27502. All pictures sent via US mail will be returned with your completed order.
Q. In what format do I need to save my picture?
A: The following file types will work: .jpg, .bmp, .tif, .png, and .gif.
Q. Is there a setup fee?
A: There is only a setup fee for custom orders. Custom orders are those orders that do not use a pre-designed template or a layout that can be created in less than one hour. Setup fees for custom orders will be negotiated at the time of purchase. For all other orders, there is no setup charge.
Q. Can I design my own layout?
A: Yes, but it will need to be saved in one of the formats listed above in order to be resized and printed.
Q. Are there any additional design options available besides those I see online?
A: Yes. We have hundreds of templates and design options available. For more information, please call us or email jay@sportraitsllc.com. If you are in the area, I would encourage you to setup a meeting to go over all of our available options.
Q. What are all of the different ball types/surfaces that you have available?

Q. What type of process is used to transfer my image to the ball or other surface?
A. The process used is a heat transfer process. A combination of heat and pressure are used to imprint your image on the selected surface, resulting in a smooth, glossy image that is smudge free.
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. Sales tax will be charged to all residents of NC at the current sales tax rate for the buyer’s county. No sales tax will be charged on out of state sales.
Q. What types of payment are accepted?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, as well as personal checks, money orders and paypal payments.
Q. Can I see what the final image will look like before it’s printed on the ball or surface I select?
A. Yes. Our standard procedure is to gather as much information from you as to what you are looking for, design the image, then email you a copy to review. We will not transfer the image onto the selected surface until you are fully satisfied with it.
Q. Can I have my order and another person’s order shipped together to save on shipping costs? Can the shipping charges be split between the different parties ordering?
A. Yes and yes. If you and a neighbor/friend/relative, etc all place orders and you want them all shipped to one address in order to save on shipping costs, that’s not a problem. We will just need each party involved to approve this. The shipping charges will then be split amongst the parties however it is agreed upon.
